Today, on 10 November 2023, on the World Science Day for Peace and Development, students of the Ivano-Frankivsk Professional College visited the Department of Materials Science and New Technologies for an interactive lecture “Science is Cool!”. They observed various phenomena: fire and ice, heat and cold, light and darkness, special light, lead glasses, they also received prizes!!! Volodymyr Kotsiubynskyi, Head of the Department of Materials Science and New Technologies, and Tetiana Poliakova, Deputy Director of Ivano-Frankivsk Professional College, delivered opening speeches. Andrii Kotsiubynskyi, an ScD student of the Department, gave a fascinating insight into science. Only knowledge shapes the development of civilization, as evidenced by today’s holiday.
