Krakow Space Week 2024 – 20-22 May

The implementation of the UNIVERSEH project at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University (Прикарпатський Національний Університет Ім.В.Стефаника) continues. Students of the Faculty of Physics and Technology (Фізико-технічний факультет) Iryna Uhorchuk, Solomiia Botiuk, Yuliia Petrenko, Dariia Khoma, the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science (Факультет математики та інформатики ПНУ) Oksana Kosar, Viktoriia Babala, Hanna Yaremii, and the Faculty of Natural Sciences (Факультет природничих наук) Marta Hasiuk worked on gaining new competences in solving problems of remote sensing processes for Earth observation within the framework of the Space Week in Krakow (Centrum Technologii Kosmicznych AGH).

On 20-22 May 2024, the students worked on topics related to the introduction to image data, its obtaining from various sources, data preprocessing, analysis and interpretation, various tools and technologies, and practical aspects of conducting case studies related to real-world problems in image data collection and analysis.
This project was supported by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the task set by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Poland 🇵🇱: European Universities in Solidarity with Ukraine 🇪🇺 🇺🇦.
