5 years of experience in organizing the admission campaign to the university as the executive secretary of the Admissions Committee. Work experience in the personnel commission and the digitalization commission of the Academic Council of the University.

Teaching the disciplines “General Physics” (mechanics, optics), “Fundamentals of Physical Research Methods”, “Resonance Research Methods”, “Physical Research Methods in Biology and Medicine” for students of EL Bachelor and Master of Physical Specialties, as well as the course “Organization of Scientific Activity” for applicants for PhD level of the University. Experience in designing, maintaining and analyzing educational programs of various educational levels, accreditation procedures. Examination of accreditation cases in the Sectoral Expert Council 10-Natural Sciences of the National Agency for Quality Assessment of Higher Education.

Member of the editorial board of the scientific journal “Physics and Chemistry of the Surface”, which is included in the scientific databases SCOPUS and Web of Science. Experience in the formation of educational programs, their analysis, work with educational and methodological materials, organizational and legal documentation in the field of education and science. Scientific experience consists of work in an institution of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, management of the science department at the university, participation in a number of scientific projects and international grant programs, supervision of graduate students, PhD applicants, doctoral students. Scientific supervisor of 6 defended dissertations. Research interests: Physical Materials Science, Physics of Magnetic Materials, Properties of Materials for Electrochemical Current Sources, Physical Properties of Biological Materials, Study of Mechanisms of Dispersion of Electrical Properties of Strongly Ordered Systems, Methods of Teaching Physics at School and Disciplines of the Physical Cycle in Higher Education Institutions. He is the author of about 200 scientific and methodological publications. Many years of work on the organization of interaction between students and educators with university education and science. Experience in the popularization of physical education and science among students of secondary schools, organization and management of Olympiads and tournaments at the regional and All-Ukrainian levels. Promotion of the role of science in general, the achievements of physical and astronomical sciences.

Junior Researcher Lab 23 (11.1994 ‐ 01.1996) of the Institute of Metal Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He was engaged in the study of the structure and magnetic properties of functional magnetic materials for radio electronics. The theory of the mesostructural structure of magnesium-zinc ferrites has been developed.
