Professors of the Department of Materials Science and New Technologies delivered lectures at the DeepTechStartupSchool Summer School, held as part of the Reginna 4.0 project.
In this project, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University is a member of a consortium coordinated by the University of Nova Gorica (Slovenia). The project is supported by the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) within the framework of the EIT HEI initiative, which identifies universities as key players in regional and European innovation ecosystems.
Volodymyra Boichuk, Professor of the Department of Materials Science and New Technologies, presented a lecture entitled “Nanomaterials and nanotechnology: the world is changing before our eyes”.
Volodymyr Kotsiubynskyi, Head of the Department of Materials Science and New Technologies, delivered a lecture entitled “Innovative potential of nanotechnology: realities and prospects”, which provided a detailed analysis of the current state of the market for products and services based on solutions in the nanotechnology field.
The main beneficiaries of the school in particular and the REGINNA 4.0 project, in general, are students of natural and technical specialties from universities in Ukraine and Slovenia, managers and entrepreneurs who have received a professional vision of the current areas of possible business development in the field of high technology.
