The team of the project “RadiatIon Safety: European-Ukrainian APproach” (101127143 — RISE-UP — ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH), which is being implemented at the Department of Materials Science and New Technologies of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University with the support of the European Commission (Jean Monnet Programme), actively participated in a certified course on emergency first aid. This course, led by Professor Vadym Sulyma together with the team of the public organization Seb&Co, took place at the Centre for Educational Innovation of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.
The training program embraced modern approaches to providing first aid for injuries caused by military operations and emergencies.
It encompassed both theoretical and practical components of emergency first aid. The experience gained holds particular significance for the implementation of the biomedical component of the RISE-UP project.
